Residential Fire
Lorewood Ave. Richardson Park
Monday, July 26, 2010

At 7:24 PM tonight, Five Points, Elsmere and Minquas were alerted for a residential fire on Lorewood Ave. in Richardson Park. 178, 174 and Ladder 17 quickly responded and upon arrival found the home owner had extinguished a fire on the rear porch with a garden hose. Command held the response to station 17 units and crews checked for extension and overhauled. The state fire marshal was on scene also and is investigating the cause. Units cleared the scene within about 20 minutes.
