January 26th Station 23 and Station 17 were alerted to an MVC W/ ENTRAPMENT 95SB in the area of newport industrial park. B17 and R17 went responding almost immediately after the dispatch. 238 was first on scene and reported two vehicles well off into the grass and confirmed entrapment.

Crews from R17 and R23 worked on the extracation on one subject. The extracation took about 15 minutes.
